Along with the increase in population, the increase in the need for food has led to the increase in quantity rather than quality in agricultural production. Agricultural certifications are defined as the procedures that should be applied to make the agricultural production system socially livable, economically profitable and efficient, protecting human health, animal health and welfare and giving importance to the environment.
